Information you share
When you submit a request, AutoTechPete receives the vehicle, location, symptoms, name, phone number, optional email, and timing information you provide.
How it is used
Information is used to review your request, contact you, prepare parts and scheduling, and maintain customer records. It is not sold to third parties.
Technical services
The website may use its hosting provider, SMTP email provider, and the public NHTSA vehicle database to operate the request form. Links to Google, social networks, and Google Play open external services with their own policies.
Android app
The Android app requires no account, contains no ads or analytics, and does not collect or share data. Information prepared in the app remains on the device until you choose to open your messaging app.
Questions or deletion
To ask a question, correct information, or request deletion, contact AutoTechPete using the email address on the contact page.
Optional service-request photos
If you add photos, they are used only to review your request, identify the vehicle or concern, and prepare service. Avoid including license plates, registration, or other personal information that is not needed. Photos are removed when the service-request record is permanently deleted.
Sarah automated assistant
Sarah processes each question on AutoTechPete’s server using published site information. Chat messages are not sent to an outside AI provider or saved as transcripts in the database. If you choose to start a request, only the details you confirm and submit through the request form are saved as a service request.
