The vehicle must be in a safe, legal, suitable location. Some diagnostics and repairs require towing, a shop, lift, alignment rack, or other equipment and may be declined or referred.

Pricing and promotions depend on the vehicle, location, diagnosis, parts availability, and published conditions. Estimates may change if additional work is discovered, with communication before proceeding.
